What is Stewardship?
To belong to our congregation is to be a steward. Some may say that “stewardship” is just a polite way of referring to financial giving to the church. But it’s far more than that. As stewards, we are all responsible for St. Margaret's and are accountable to God. So it is, said Jesus, between God and us. We do not suggest a specific amount to pledge, though scripture sets 10% of one's income as the goal. Knowing how much income we can expect allows our vestry to approve a realistic and balanced budget. If you would like to PLEDGE, you can do so HERE.
