Our Leaders -
Serving Together to Share the Good News
Our congregation is led by a highly committed group of individuals, both laity and ordained clergy. It is our desire to lead in a way that affirms our baptismal covenant to serve Christ and respect the dignity of all God's children.
Our elected lay leaders are members of "The Vestry", similar to a Board of Directors. The vestry is the legal representative body of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property. The basic responsibilities of the vestry are to help define and articulate the mission of the congregation; to support the church's mission by word and deed, to select the rector, to ensure effective organization and planning, and to manage resources and finances. Current Vestry: George Lynch, Senior Warden; Meredith Hardy, Junior Warden
Serving alongside the vestry is the rector (lead priest), assisting clergy, and program and support staff. While the structure of the Episcopal Church is hierarchical, we strive to serve together as partners in ministry, valuing the contributions of all our members and leaders.
