Are you looking for a ministry in 2011? The Pastoral Care committee could use your help. We often know of families who are having a difficult time: a loved one is in the hospital, a loved one is sick at home, there has been a death of a loved one. We would like to be able to provide a "love meal" casserole from time to time. If you are willing to help please call the Parish Office at 760-346-2697 Ext 171 or email our Parish Nurse, Kate Reeves

An Important Notice about Hospital Visitation
Eisenhower entranceBecause of very strict privacy regulations at our local hospitals, it is really important that the Pastoral Care Team at St. Margaret’s is notified if someone you love and care for is in the hospital. Our hospital visitors will not be able to visit you or your loved one unless they know you or your loved one are there and can ask for you or your loved one by name. Please call the church office and let us know! Call 760-346-2697 Ext 104 and leave a message with Debby Jansma our Parish Secretary.

St. Margaret's Intercessory Prayer Group
This is a group that gathers to pray for YOU. It is not an exclusive group. As stated by one of their members "We have no special talents but subscribe to Matthew 18:20 'For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst...' and sometimes we are only two or three but sometimes we are six or eight or more and we would love to have you join us."

The group prays for those on the St. Margaret's Prayer List, they also pray for their families and friends and for each other.

The group meets in Meyers Hall or the Chapel on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am prior to the 10:00 am Healing Service.

Make your prayer requests known to the Group by calling Debby Jansma, Parish Secretary, at 760-346-2697 Ext 104 M-F 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
