Day 1: Pray for someone you dislike.

Day 2: Take a walk around your neighborhood.

Day 3: Don’t turn on the car radio.

Day 4: Visit a shut-in or Assisted Living Facility.

Day 5 (Sunday): Take 5 minutes of silence at noon.

Day 6: Look out the window until you find something of beauty you had not noticed before.

Day 7: Give 5 items of clothing to Goodwill.

Day 8: Do someone else’s chore.

Day 9: Let someone else have the parking space you were going to take.

Day 10: Buy a $5 fast food gift card to give to a homeless person you encounter.

Day 11 (Sunday): Call an old friend.

Day 12: Pray for people and situations in today’s news.

Day 13: Read Psalm 139.

Day 14: Pay a few sincere compliments.

Day 15: Don’t turn on the TV for a day.

Day 16: Make it a no complaining day.
