St. Margaret's Campus

St. Margaret's is situated on Highway 74 at the intersection of Haystack in beautiful Palm Desert, California.  We are 13 miles from Palm Springs and just off Hwy 111 on Hwy 74

Our 10 acre grounds rest at the foothills of several mountains that provide a scenic background to our buildings and grounds. The campus is home to several buildings, parish and parochial school facilities.

St. Margaret's church (dedicated, November 1989)

The church includes:

• sanctuary, narthex and balcony that can accommodate over 1,300 worshippers per service
• smaller, community chapel seating 40 that re-creates the interior of St. Margaret's Chapel - Edinburgh, Scotland
• a 4,274 pipe, 4 manual, 48 stop, 71 rank Quinby organ designed especially for St. Margaret's Episcopal Church
• several meeting rooms including the "Madge Cuyler Meeting Room" and the larger "Myers Hall" on the ground floor of the church
• a suite of offices, robing and rehearsal rooms for the several St. Margaret's Episcopal Church Choirs

• private bridal party preparation/Sunday "crying" room for parents and infants

Karns "Parish" Hall (former church building converted to parish hall, also houses Maggie's Corner book and gift store")

Lee Building (former parish hall converted to classrooms for parish and school use, including science labs, nursery/Pre-K)
