Christian Education for Children

At St. Margaret's have multiple chance for children to learn about God, the bible, and our faith.

Wednesday Night During the Living Well:

      

        The Children's Program - A mid-week Christian ed program very similar to Sunday School.

                                            Wednesdays 3-5 PM

Sunday Morning Offerings:9:45-10:25 AM

       

         My Episcopal Faith - A class for children Pre-K-5th Grade to help them understand the basic ideas of being   

                                    Christian and being in the Episcopal Church.

                                    Starting Sundays in Sept. 08

 

        First Communion Class - Every Spring

                                           For 1st and 2nd graders and their parents.  A 6 week course on the sacrament of  

                                            Communion.  Children who have and have not begun to receive communion are

                                           welcome to attend.  At the end, children will be celebrated for their completion of

                                            the course during a selected Eucharist service.

 

 

And of course we teach during Kids Word...

Kids Word: A worship service for Children during the 10:30 service.
